Should your golf buggy require a warranty service within a warranty period all you have to do is phone and let us know.

We will send you a replacement part for self service or we'll arrange for your golf buggy to be picked up and transported back to Newcastle for servicing at our expense.**

In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction your electric golf buggy will be serviced the same day we receive it and sent back the next day where possible. Depending on the couriers you should have it back in time for your next game.

Why Back To Base?

Simple, your golf buggy manufacturer knows his product better than anyone else. All parts and tools that could be required are on hand to ensure a minimum turn around time and no annoying lack of parts delays.
